The Services are intended to support—not replace—the professional judgment of licensed attorneys.

4.No Legal Advice

CaseWize AI is not a law firm.

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes legal advice, legal representation, or creates an attorney-client relationship.

AI-generated analyses, recommendations, legal citations, predictions, and assessments are informational tools only and must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified attorney.

Users assume full responsibility for all legal decisions made using the Services.

5.User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access
• All activity occurring under their account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6.User Content

You retain ownership of all documents, files, and information you upload (“User Content”).

You grant CaseWize AI a limited license to process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Users remain responsible for complying with all ethical obligations regarding client confidentiality.

8.Artificial Intelligence Limitations

Artificial intelligence may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect information.

Users should never rely solely upon AI-generated output.

• Deadlines
• Calculations

Professional judgment must always control legal decision-making.

• Fees are non-refundable.
• Subscription fees renew automatically until canceled.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

CaseWize AI is not responsible for third-party products, services, or websites.

14.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASEWIZE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY
• RELIABILITY
• AVAILABILITY

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE COMPLETE, CORRECT, OR ERROR-FREE.

15.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASEWIZE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO CASEWIZE AI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

16.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CaseWize AI, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of another party’s rights

17.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:
